What type of personal information do we collect?

We collect personal information only for the purpose of implementing the services offered on the basis of fulfilling a contract or the legitimate interests of the owner.

The most common data: First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number. Some of the selected services (such as legal services, financial services) also include the following additional information: Permanent residence address, Delivery mailing address, Date of birth, IČO, Bank account number.

For what purpose do we process personal data?

The processing of personal data is necessary to fill out a contract or service ordered. In particular, the following objectives are provided:

  • Providing real estate services.
  • Information on the status of real estate services provided.
  • Delivery of written documents related to the provision of real estate services.
  • Opening a personal account on our website.
  • Informing about new offers on our website.

Your email address is needed to perform certain specific services - for example, sending information about the status of your advertisement or demand for real estate in your profile, sending information about the processing of real estate offers in our portfolio.
